Concurrently, its subsidiary, Durga Dairy Limited, was merged into the company. As part of this arrangement, shareholders of Virat Crane Industries Ltd. were allocated one fully paid-up equity share with a face value of Rs.10/- each on June 7, 2010, in consideration of the transfer of assets and liabilities.
