The company initially registered in Gujarat as 'Veeram T.V.Network Private Limited' under the Companies Act, 1956. Its name was later changed to 'Veeram Spiritual Energies Private Limited', with a new certificate of incorporation issued on February 26, 2014. Subsequently, it changed its name again to 'Veeram Ornaments Private Limited', with a new certificate issued on June 10, 2016. Following a special resolution passed by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting on June 24, 2016, the company converted to a Public Limited Company and changed its name to 'Veeram Ornaments Limited', with a fresh certificate of incorporation issued on July 26, 2016. The company operates as a wholesale dealer of branded jewellery and ornaments, also trading in silver and distributing ready-made gold and silver jewellery with or without precious and semi-precious stones. Its product range caters to traditional, modern, and Indo-Western tastes across India, offering a diverse portfolio of jewellery and ornaments, including those adorned with Kundan, gemstones, American diamonds, as well as plain gold and silver pieces.
