In 1995, Trans Freight Containers Ltd collaborated with Polyfont, a prominent European composite panel manufacturer, to create Trans Freight Polyfont Panels. In May 2008, the company divested its entire 3,000,000 equity shares in Morteo Trans Freight Reefer Containers Ltd, resulting in the cessation of Morteo Trans Freight Reefer Containers Ltd as a subsidiary of Trans Freight Containers Ltd.
