Unit I became part of Supershakti Metaliks Limited, Unit II vested in Sai Electrocasting Private Limited, and Unit III remained with Super Smelters Limited, as per the Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court Order at Kolkata on June 14, 2016.
