The company, originally established on December 19, 1996, as 'Raghuvansh Agrofarms Limited', received its business commencement certificate on January 02, 1997. Since its inception, it has been primarily involved in agricultural operations, focusing on cultivating organic vegetables, grains, and cereals. The company operates an integrated facility for cultivation, processing, and distribution of agricultural products, and has diversified into dairy farming and the production and distribution of dairy products. Recently, it has also entered the renewable energy sector, successfully operating a Bio Gas Power Plant at its Kapli Farms for over a year. Additionally, it is in the process of commissioning a 1000 M3 capacity Bio Gas Plant for Power Generation at its subsidiary, M/s Sanjeevani Fertilizers and Chemicals Private Limited. Furthermore, the company is planning to establish a 3 MCi commercial radiation processing facility for approved low and medium dose items, such as wheat, atta, soya beans, and spices, in Pitampura Industrial Area, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the President of India, represented by the Board of Radiation and Isotope Technology (BRIT), dated August 23, 2014. During the fiscal year 2019-20, the company expanded its business activities by establishing various plants, including a Jaggery Plant, Aeroponic Plant, and a Laboratory for Cordyceps.
