The company operates in various sectors including movie production, marketing, animated films, television serials, song albums, and broadcasting on television and radio. Recently, it ventured into the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector under the brand name 'Krishna Sai,' which is steadily gaining traction in the market. Additionally, it has expanded into audio and visual direction, production, and marketing, acquiring rights to over 2000 hours of video content and approximately 500 hours of audio content in the mythology genre. Furthermore, the company obtained sales and marketing rights for approximately 30 mantras, converting them into pen drives and CDs/DVDs, which are experiencing high demand from the spiritual community. To meet the increased working capital requirements for expanding its financial services, the company issued a public offering of 6,505,000 equity shares priced at Rs 10 each in January 1996, totaling Rs 6.51 crore.
