Manglam Seeds Ltd was initially established as a partnership firm named 'M/s Mangalam Seeds Corporation' under the Partnership Act on April 1, 2007. Subsequently, the partnership firm changed its name to 'Mangalam Seeds' through a supplementary agreement to the partnership deed on July 6, 2011. Following this, the company was formally incorporated as a public limited company under Part IX of the Companies Act, 1956, with the name 'Mangalam Seeds Limited', upon the conversion of Mangalam Seeds into a company. This conversion was confirmed through a certificate of incorporation issued on September 14, 2011, by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli, Ahmedabad. The certificate of commencement of business was then granted on September 26, 2011.
