The primary products manufactured by the company are Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) and Portland Pozzolona Cement (PPC), with a product mix ratio of 95:5 OPC to PPC. Expanding its operations, the company acquired land for a proposed sugar project and entered into the generation of 1.50 MW wind power in Karnataka during 2006-08. Additionally, in 2008-09, Hyderabad Flextech Ltd merged with the company.

Currently, Keerthi Industries Ltd is in the process of increasing its production capacity from 297,000 tonnes per annum to 528,000 tonnes per annum, with a total investment of Rs. 102.16 crore, primarily financed through a debt of Rs. 68.10 crore. The company aims to complete construction and commence production by October 2010 and is also considering the establishment of a one million tonne capacity unit within its existing premises.
