The company has appealed against the stay order, with the court's decision pending as of last year. Additionally, during the 2005-06 period, the company diversified its operations to include trading in oil, seeds, wheat, rice, and other agricultural products. Notably, between 2019 and 2020, in collaboration with Ram Ratna Infrastructure Private Limited, the company completed four mechanized car parking projects in smart cities across Madhya Pradesh. These projects included parking facilities at Manas Bhawan, Jabalpur (with 37 Car Spaces), Civic Center Jabalpur (with 87 Car spaces), Giriraj Temple Gwalior (with 34 car spaces), and Rajiv Plaza Gwalior (with 42 Car Spaces).
