Originally incorporated as 'Tiff Care Industries Private Limited' on November 08, 2019, Healthy Life Agritec Limited underwent a name change to 'Healthy Life Agritec Private Limited' on April 22, 2020. Later, on March 08, 2022, the company transitioned into a Public Limited Company and adopted the name 'Healthy Life Agritec Limited.' Currently, the company operates in the trading of Raw Milk, live poultry, and fresh meat products in the states of Maharashtra and Karnataka.
The company sources raw cow milk directly from farmers in Maharashtra, utilizing a procurement model that allows for cost control and ensures the quality of the milk.
