GCM Securities Limited, established on May 2, 1995, as a Public Limited Company, was founded by Mr. Inder Chand Baid, Mrs. Saroj Baid, Mr. Manish Baid, Mr. Samir Baid, and Global Capital Market & Infrastructures Limited. Initially focused on equity broking, GCM Securities became a member of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and commenced stock broking operations on the NSE platform in October 1995, following SEBI registration as a Trading Member. Initially catering to retail broking, the company shifted its focus to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) after venturing into the Futures and Options segment of the Indian capital market in 2007, obtaining Self Clearing Member status. In 2010, the company expanded its scope by acquiring membership of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Presently, GCM Securities holds membership in both the capital market and Futures and Options segments of both BSE and NSE. Specializing in serving the HNI segment, the company offers trading services in Equity and Futures & Options.
