Subsequently, on August 2, 2017, the partnership firm underwent a transition when it was acquired by M/s Dr Lalchandani Labs Limited, a company formed under the Companies Act, 2013. This transition was formalized through an agreement dated August 31, 2017, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
