The company's name was subsequently changed from 'Gandhinagar Plastronics Private Limited' to 'Jay Gems (India) Private Limited' on February 05, 2010. Later, on June 22, 2022, it underwent another name change, becoming 'Dev Labtech Venture Private Limited'. Following this, it transitioned into a Public Limited company and obtained the name 'Dev Labtech Venture Limited' with a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, on September 23, 2022.
