Ashok Masala Mart Limited was initially established on January 17th, 2014. Its roots trace back to 1975 when Mr. Shivji Chothani laid the foundation of the company in Mumbai under the name 'M/s. Ashok Masala Mart.' Starting as a sole proprietary concern, Mr. Chothani personally handled the sourcing, grinding, and blending of spices, selling them in the retail market. After a successful 38-year journey, the company transitioned into a limited company to expand its operations. Presently, Ashok Masala is dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of blended spices, whole spices, and ground spices, offering a diverse range of traditional and flavorful spices. Committed to maintaining the highest quality standards and meeting customer needs, the company produces various types of spices under its two brands, 'APPU MASALA' & 'GAYATRI MASALA.' Their product range includes over 30 types of spices and masalas, along with instant mixes like Pav Bhaji Masala, Chaat Masala, Tea Masala, Garam Masala, Sambhar Masala, Punjabi Chole Masala, Biryani / Pulav Masala, Kitchen King Masala, and various powders such as Red Chilli Powder, Jeera Powder, White Pepper Powder, and Turmeric Powder.
