In 1996-97, Amit International established a wholly-owned subsidiary, named Rimmel Rogers Inc., and contributed Rs. 9 Lacs towards acquiring 25,000 shares priced at US$ 1 each. During the same fiscal year, Rimmel Rogers Inc., a company incorporated in the United States of America specializing in Hosiery Products, became a subsidiary of Amit International.
By the fiscal year 2005-06, M/s Rimmel Rogers Inc. ceased to be a subsidiary of Amit International.
