Amanaya Ventures Ltd. was initially established as Amanaya Financial Services Private Limited on February 27, 2009, by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh. Later, its name was changed to 'Amanaya Ventures Private Limited' on September 14, 2015. Subsequently, the company transitioned into a Public Company through a Special Resolution passed on October 09, 2015. As a result, its name was altered to 'Amanaya Ventures Limited' effective October 15, 2015.
In the fiscal year 2019-20, Midland Services Limited (Transferor Company) merged with Amanaya Ventures Limited (Transferee Company) under a scheme of amalgamation sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh, through its order dated March 17, 2020, with the appointed date being April 01, 2019. Following this scheme, all the operations of Midland Services Limited were transferred to and consolidated within Amanaya Ventures Limited.
The primary objective behind the establishment of the Company was to facilitate SPOT buying and selling of Gold across India. Specializing in bullion trading, it deals in bars and coins of various sizes and weights of Gold and Silver, providing wholesale delivery of bullion to domestic users such as ornament manufacturers, goldsmiths, jewellers, semi-wholesalers, and individual customers. The company holds memberships in both the 'Indian Bullion and Jewellers Association Ltd' and the 'Federation of Indian Export Organisations'.
To cater to retail customers, the Company introduced the Aurel Gold Purchase Plan, enabling them to purchase physical gold in smaller quantities in a transparent, convenient, and cost-effective manner. Under the brand name 'Aurel Bullion', the company ensures product quality, with all gold jewellery hallmarked by BIS, except for items weighing less than two grams, which are exempt from hallmarking requirements.
