A 37-year-old man died during treatment at a hospital, four days after he allegedly consumed poison due to work pressure at an industrial unit in Thane. Police gave this information on Monday.
A Manpada police station official said, Arun Sharman was admitted to a hospital in Dombivali area on June 26. He died during treatment on June 30.
Police said, "Prima facie, due to work pressure, Sharman consumed some poisonous substance at the company office. He was first taken to a hospital in Dombivali and later shifted to another hospital, where he died on Sunday." Took his last breath." A case of accidental death has been registered.
