Banda (UP), A woman along with her two children jumped into the Yamuna river here on Wednesday. Police gave this information.
He said that the bodies of 32-year-old Manju, her daughter Kajal (6) and son Deepak (4) were recovered from the river late in the evening.
Investigation so far has revealed that the woman had a dispute with her husband this afternoon. Police station in-charge Rishi De Singh said that in anger she jumped into the river along with her children from the bridge connecting Banda to Kishanpur.
No complaint has been received yet regarding the incident. SH said that further action will be taken after the post-mortem of the bodies is done on Thursday.
