New Delhi, Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal on Sunday hit out at Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar over his criticism of Congress leader P Chidambaram's comments on new criminal laws and said it is not the opposition which insults parliamentary procedures on a daily basis.

Sibal's comments came a day after Dhankhar attacked Chidambaram over his statement that the three new criminal laws were "crafted by part-timers", terming it "inexcusable" and accusing him of his "insulting, defamatory" And had requested to withdraw the derogatory" comment.
