Bengaluru, VST Zetor Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between VST Tillers Tractor Ltd and HTC Investments, on Monday announced the launch of three “best-in-class tractors” in the high horse-power range.

The three new tractors launched in the 41 to 50 hp range are VST Zator 4211, VST Zator 4511 and VST Zator 5011, the company said in a statement. These products have been jointly developed by VST and Zetor after rigorous testing of technical integration. After taking valuable information from the farming community in India.

“Developed at VST Zator plant in India, these tractors feature indigenously built powerful, best-in-class DI engines, helical gears and fully fixed mesh transmission with Vizmatic hydraulics. Its wide platform, dual diaphragm clutch with optimum turning radius, adjustable premium seat, dual-acting power steering and aerodynamic styling ensure ease of handling along with desired comfort.



According to him, these tractors are suitable for a wide range of uses from land preparation to post-harvest operations. It is highly suitable for all primary secondary tillage and haulage applications in agriculture as well as all heavy-duty non-agricultural operations.



“The launch of these tractors is an important milestone as with these models we are entering 60 per cent of India's tractor industry, i.e. the high HP segment. These tractors will help strengthen our brand and build a more robust tractor portfolio, with VST meeting a wide range of agricultural applications and geographical market needs,” said Antony Cherukara, MD, JETTOR.

He said that VST Zetar has launched these tractors after extensive research and understanding the requirements of the Indian farming community.
