Mumbai, Telugu film "The Family Star" starring Vijay Deverakonda and Mrina Thakur will be available for streaming on Prime Video from April 26, the streamer announced on Wednesday.

Written and directed by Parasuram, the romance family drama was released in theaters across India on April 5.

According to Prime Video, "The Family Star" will stream in Telugu and Tamil in India and more than 24 countries and territories, then dubbed in Malayalam and Kannada.

In the film, "Arjun Reddy" star Deverakonda plays the role of Govardhan, a devoted family man who aspires to achieve greatness but has to shoulder the responsibility of supporting an extended joint family.
