Jharsuguda (Odisha) [India], June 27: Vedanta Aluminum, India's largest aluminum producer, provided essential cooling equipment to Jharsuguda District Jail. The assets include 15 air coolers, 50 ceiling fans and a water cooler. With rising temperatures in the region, these cooling equipment will substantially improve the living conditions of inmates, fostering a more humane and comfortable environment while supporting the district administration's prison reform initiatives. These cooling equipments were handed over to Laxmikanta Dhangada Majhi, superintendent of Jharsuguda district jail.
