A detailed action plan has been prepared to realize this vision, and the Forest Department has already started the project implementation.

According to a government spokesperson, the plan includes allocating an estimated Rs 38 lakh to upgrade tourist facilities within the reserve and enhance infrastructure in the surrounding buffer zone.

To facilitate these efforts, instructions have been issued by the office of the Deputy Director/Divisional Officer, Chitrakoot, Ranipur Tiger Reserve.

Spread over an area of 230 sq km, Ranipur Tiger Reserve is the fourth tiger reserve in Uttar Pradesh and the 53rd in the country.

Located 150 km from Panna Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh, it serves as a haven for tigers and a variety of wildlife including leopards, bears, sambar deer and chinkara.

Recognizing the significant tourism potential of the region, the Yogi Adityanath government has intensified development efforts in the tiger reserve.

The area is being carefully developed to ensure sustainable development, adhering to stringent environmental standards.

The primary focus of the tourist facilities currently under development at Ranipur Tiger Reserve is the luxury tented area. The aim of this place is to allow visitors to immerse themselves in the unparalleled beauty of nature while enjoying top-notch facilities.

Apart from upgrading civic amenities within the forest, the plan includes developing lawn areas and designated parking spaces.
