CHENNAI: A team of scuba divers conducted an underwater campaign to raise awareness about the importance of voting, the Election Commission said on Thursday.
Posting a 51-second video clip on the initiative on Twitter, the Election Commission said: "Ready to vote? Make a splash! In a unique voter awareness initiative, scuba divers from Chennai dived into the ocean and submerged in sixty feet of water. Implemented the voting process inside Neelankarai."
