The incident happened around 9:30 pm. In Vijay Nagar slums in Antop Hill area.
A portion of the wall and the upper floor partially collapsed and some parts hung precariously.
Mumbai Fire Brigade sent a team there and pulled out two people from the debris. He was taken to Sion Hospital where he was declared brought dead, BMC said.
The deceased have been identified as 45-year-old Shobhadevi Maurya and 50-year-old Zakirunnisa Shaikh. The work to clear the debris is ongoing and there is no information about any other victims in this tragedy.
