The incident happened at around 8.20 am on Patna-Gaya road.
Local villagers caught the car driver and handed him over to the police.
SHO of Punpun police station Seetu Kumari said, “The speeding car hit the divider and collided with two bikes.”
He said, "Out of the three people on the bike, two minors lost their lives in the accident. The bike rider was also injured."
"Another bike rider was also injured. The car driver was also injured in the accident," the officer said.
“We have admitted three injured people to Patna Medical College Hospital,” he said.
