In a recent interview with a magazine, when asked about the strangest DM she has received, Trupti said: "I've been getting quite a few marriage proposals in my DMs recently, so I think it's very strange. Is!"

Recently, Trupti revealed her love for all things retro when she shared a video of herself in a retro look to promote her upcoming film "Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video".

This look was from the trailer launch of 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video', in which she could be seen wearing a fern colored saree with floral patterns. She completed her look with a matching scarf, bangles and statement glasses.

In the video, she was asked if she is living the dream of being in your 60s, to which the actress replied, "I am".

'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video', which also stars Rajkummar Rao, Mallika Sherawat, Vijay Raaz and Mukesh Tiwari, is the story of a couple who decide to film their first night as a souvenir. All seems well until the CD they stored their video on is stolen along with the CD player.

The film was shot primarily in Rishikesh and was completed in April 2024. It is directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, who is known for Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer "Dream Girl" and its follow-up "Dream Girl 2".

This is Trupti's second film after Ranbir Kapoor-starrer 'Animal'. First her 'Bad News' emerged as a hit and now 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Video' is all set to give her a hat-trick.

Next, he has "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3" and "Dhadak 2" in the pipeline. She is also set to play the lead role in Vishal Bhardwaj's much-awaited untitled action drama, co-starring Shahid Kapoor.
