The accused was identified as Vishal alias Ghaisal (24), a resident of Rohta district of Haryana.

About 15-20 days ago, Vishal had received arms and ammunition on the instructions of Sumit. “He was instructed to reach near Bhalswa Lake to meet another member of the Tillu-Tajpuria gang to begin work on the target given to Himmat. However, the team arrested him,” the DCP said.
