Following orders from Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Manish Singh, five camera traps have now been installed in the area and a forest team has been deployed to keep an eye on the tiger's movements.

Robin K Singh, range officer of Mala Forest Range, along with forest force personnel, reached the spot and conducted an intensive search operation in the dense, water-logged sugarcane fields, but the body parts of the victim could not be located.
