Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, A 15-year-old boy died in a leopard attack in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district of Maharashtra. Police gave this information on Wednesday.
He said that this incident took place on Tuesday night in Bhambarwadi village of Kannada police station area.
The boy lived in an ashram in the village and had gone out to drop someone nearby.
A leopard attacked him and dragged him for about 150 feet, a police officer said.
He told that the search for the boy was started on Wednesday morning and later the body was found.
Forest personnel examined the deceased and confirmed that it was a leopard attack, the official said.
