The 23-year-old accused has been identified as Saurabh Pahwa, a final year BBA student and a resident of Saraswati Vihar, Delhi. His father is a property dealer.
Sharing details, Deputy Commissioner of Police (South-West) Rohit Meen said a police control room (PCR) call was received at 4:55 am in Sunda regarding a three-vehicle accident and injuries to three people.
On reaching the spot, the police team found that the injured had been shifted to an unknown hospital.
"The medico-legal reports of the injured cab driver, identified as Harjeet Singh, resident of Shakarpur, and the other two occupants of the cab were received from AIIMS at 8.3 am," the DCP said.
“The Jaguar is registered in the name of Sushil Pahwa,” the DCP said.
