During a meeting in Kodad Municipality, he reviewed the status of various projects including the Rs 8 crore mini tank at Kodad Pedda Cheruvu, the Rs 6 crore Kodad town hall, the Rs 50 lakh Khammam X Road junction development, the Rs 1.1 crore welcome arches, the major drain of Rs 4.4 crore from Cheruvukatta Bazaar to Ananthagiri Road, and the current status of additional outsourcing of healthcare staff, according to a press release from the PRO Congress.

He also visited the construction site of the Kodad Muslim community hall and checked the ongoing work at the Huzurnagar Christian cemetery near Gutta. He laid the foundation stones of several new projects, including office buildings for Tahsildar, MPDO and police station at Ananthagiri, at a cost of Rs 3 crore; a Rs 1.5 million Muslim community hall in Mellacheruvu; a Rs 55 lakh Rajagopuram at Shivalayam in Mellacheruvu; new office buildings for Tahsildar, MPDO and police station in Chintapalam and Palakeedu mandals.

He also visited the mini stadium in Huzurnagar and reviewed the works of Telangana Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation (TUFIDC) in Huzurnagar and Neredcherla municipalities.

Uttam Kumar Reddy said that India's strength lies in its unity in diversity and prosperity can only be achieved through communal harmony.

Uttam Kumar Reddy asserted that the Congress Government in Telangana is empowering local bodies by giving them necessary powers to design, execute and implement development programs within their jurisdictions. He criticized the previous BRS government for not creating necessary infrastructure for administration, pointing out that Tahsildars, MPDOs and police stations did not have permanent buildings.
