The Chief Minister extended warm wishes to Chandrababu Naidu who is going to take over as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

Revanth Reddy stressed that both the states should continue cordial relations and cooperate with each other in resolving the pending cases related to Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act in a friendly atmosphere.

The Chief Minister spoke to Naidu over phone during a meeting to review the results of Mahabubabad parliamentary constituency.

The meeting was attended by Minister Seethakka, MP Balram Naik, Advisor to Chief Minister Vem Narendra Reddy, Whip Ramachandra Naik and MLAs from areas under Mahabubabad.

The TDP-led alliance won the elections in Andhra Pradesh by winning 164 seats in the 175-member assembly.

Revanth Reddy had earlier congratulated Naidu through a social media post on June 4.

Revanth Reddy was in TDP before joining Congress in 2017. He was considered close to Chandrababu Naidu.
