NEW DELHI: TD Power Systems on Tuesday said it has received an order worth US$9.28 million for gas turbine generators from a leading US original equipment manufacturer.
These generators will primarily be used in fracking wells, power supply and backup power for artificial intelligence server farms in the US and other applications, the BSE filing said.
According to the filing, deliveries of these generators are scheduled to begin from January 2025 to August 2025.
It said, "We confirm that any promoter/promoter group/group company has no interest in the entity placing the order. The order has been placed by an international entity and does not fall within the scope of related party transaction "
