Thane: A 42-year-old swimming coach has been arrested for allegedly touching a 10-year-old girl inappropriately in the swimming pool of a housing society in Thane. Police gave this information on Monday.
The incident took place on Saturday afternoon when accused Mangesh Desale was giving coaching to the girl.
A police officer said that according to the complaint lodged by the victim's mother, the coach touched her daughter's private parts.
Daisley was arrested under Indian Penal Code sections 354 (assault or criminal force intended to outrage the modesty of a woman) and 354-A (unwanted physical contact and sexual harassment of the nature of advance or demand) and protection against sexual assault.
