New Delhi, Food and grocery delivery platform Swiggy on Thursday announced the launch of a new feature on its Partner app to connect restaurants with staffing experts as part of a new recruitment assistance initiative.
Swiggy has teamed up with hiring experts like Apna, WorkIndia, Kam and Shiftz to help restaurants connect with qualified candidates for various roles.
"As the food service industry continues to grow at an unprecedented rate, it has become increasingly important for restaurants to maintain a skilled and efficient workforce to ensure quality service," the company said.
It adds, "This rapid growth has intensified competition within the talent market. Additionally, attrition rates in the industry have also remained high, creating significant recruitment challenges for restaurant owners and managers. "
To address these challenges, Swiggy has teamed up with key staffing experts to help restaurants connect with qualified candidates across a variety of roles, including cooks/cooks, kitchen assistants, and service and cleaning staff .
