New Delhi, Sunteck Realty Ltd on Friday reported a 30 per cent decline in its sales bookings to Rs 502 crore for the quarter ended June due to strong housing demand.

The company had sold assets worth Rs 387 crore in the same period a year ago.

“Our pre-sales in Q1FY20 were approximately Rs 502 crore, up 29.7 per cent on year-on-year basis,” Sunteck Realty said in a regulatory filing.

The company sold assets worth Rs 1,915 crore in the entire 2023-24 financial year.
