Real estate developer Sumadhura Group, based in New Delhi, southern India, said on Friday it expects to triple its turnover by 2024-25 to Rs 5,000 crore, helped mainly by new offerings.

Sumadhura Group, with a 30-year legacy, also announced a new logo and tagline "Happiness Foundation", according to a company statement.

According to the statement, this new identity reflects the contemporary image that aligns with Sumadhura's current growth, resonates with target markets and strengthens the group's position in the competitive landscape.

CMD Madhusudan of Sumadhura Group said, "Sumadhura group expanded offerings in 2024-2025 with a projected turnover target of Rs 5,000 crore from the residential sector of Bengaluru and Hyderabad on the back of aggressive launches. In 2023-24, we sold real estate worth Rs 1,500 crore."

The commercial and storage offerings will be above the residential segment, adding to the overall portfolio and scale of the group's operations, he added.

The new brand identity marks an important milestone synonymous with the new aspirational lifestyle and global standards, he said, adding that the tagline "Foundation of Happiness" emphasizes our commitment to creating not only homes but also providing living experiences exceptional and diverse.

“As we move into various segments, it is key to add new offerings to our portfolio, incorporate global trends and aesthetics into our various spaces,” he said.
