New Delhi, Square Yards, which is primarily in the housing and home loan brokerage business, on Monday said its revenue grew 49 per cent to Rs 1,004.45 crore during the last financial year due to strong demand for residential properties.

Square Yards said in a statement that its Indian business contributes 79 percent to its total revenue.

Square Yards also has a presence in Dubai and some other countries.

Its revenue in the last 2022-23 financial year was Rs 672.4 crore.

"For the first time, the company has achieved EBITDA profitability for the entire fiscal year 2024. Additionally, Square Yards has reached operating cash flow breakeven in H2FY24," the statement said.

The company said real estate services contributed Rs 428.94 crore to the total revenue from operations during the last financial year, while financial products and services added Rs 448.69 crore.

Digital product services and internal services generated revenues of Rs 40.68 crore and Rs 77.82 crore respectively during the last financial year.

The company said it facilitated over 1,65,000 transactions and achieved gross transaction value (GTV) of USD 5 billion in the 2023-24 financial year.
