Mathura (UP), Barsana's 'Sant Panchayat' convenor said spiritual legend Pradeep Mishra on Saturday apologized to Radha Rani after some saints objected to his comments about the presiding deity of the Laadli temple here.
After apologizing to the Lord in the presence of devotees and police personnel inside the temple, Mishra claimed that he had come to Barsana on the call of Radha Rani.
He said, "I have apologized to Radha Rani and the people of Brij."
The saints of Brijbhoomi held a panchayat in Barsana three days ago and said that Mishra would not be allowed to enter the area and if he did not apologize to the deity of Laadli temple in Barsana, a police complaint would be lodged against him.
'Sant Panchayat' convenor Ramakant Goswami said, "Pradeep Mishra had apologized to Radha Rani in a prostrate posture. Now the chapter of Mishra's protest has been closed."
