According to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the session follows the South Korea-US Supply Tea and Commercial Dialogue (SCCD) held in March with about 30 companies from both countries, Yonhap news agency reported.

SCCD is a regular ministerial forum designed to discuss promoting resilient supply chains for key products including semiconductors, batteries and critical minerals.

This incident occurred when I anticipated that the demand for mobile-based telemedicine services would be increasing rapidly among the rapidly growing population.

"South Korea has high potential in the digital health field based on its vast amount of clinical data and advanced information technology," an industry ministry official said.

“The ministry wants to support commercialization of related products and services while promoting experts to establish industrial ecosystem for the digital health sector,” the official said.
