New York: South Africa captain Aiden Markram won the toss and elected to bowl against Netherlands in their Group D T20 World Cup match here on Saturday.

Both South Africa and Netherlands have fielded unchanged playing elevens.

In their tournament opener here at the Nassau County Ground, South Africa began their campaign with a convincing six-wicket win over former champions Sri Lanka in a low-scoring encounter.

On the other hand, Netherlands also won their first match and defeated Nepal by six wickets in Dallas.

The focus will remain on the pitch at this venue before the big match between India and Pakistan, although the pitch seems to be easier for the batsmen in the match between Ireland and Canada here on Friday.

Teams:

South Africa: Quinton de Kock (wk), Reeza Hendricks, Aiden Markram (c), Tristan Stubbs, Heinrich Klaasen, David Miller, Marco Johnson, Keshav Maharaj, Kagiso Rabada, Anrich Nortje, Ottniel Baartman.

Netherlands: Michael Levitt, Max O'Dowd, Vikramjit Singh, Sybrand Engelbrecht, Scott Edwards (c & wk), Bas de Leede, Teja Ndamanuru, Logan van Beek, Tim Pringle, Paul van Meekeren, Vivian Kingma.
