He further said that something "very strange" was going on, as "Tesla was the only car company that was attacked."
According to Disrupt, the coalition of anti-capitalist groups organizing the protest, it said in a statement on its website that 800 activists participated in the protest at the Tesla Gigafactory site as part of Disrupt Tesla Actio Days.
