Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], Siliguri Strikers registered their second win in the ongoing Bengal Pro T20 League by defeating Rar Tigers by 8 wickets at the prestigious Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Saturday.

Suraj Sindhu Jaiswal and Vikas Bhati took two wickets each, while opener Ankur Pal scored 62 runs in 43 balls as Siliguri Strikers achieved the target in 15.2 overs.

With this win, Siliguri Strikers registered their second win of the tournament in three matches. In their next match they will face Kolkata Tigers on Monday.

Batting first, Rarrah Tigers scored 123/7 runs in 20 overs. Arindam Ghosh scored 40 off 45 balls but it was a slow innings and as a result, Rar Tigers were never able to get the momentum they needed.

Despite a resurgence in the middle overs, Rar Tigers could only manage 123 runs. Chasing the total, Siliguri Strikers suffered an early blow but Ankur Pal and Shantanu (28 off 18 balls) ensured the team reached the target in just 12 runs. 16th over.

Siliguri Strikers achieved a thrilling win in their first match but had to face defeat in the second game. Today he made a strong comeback at Eden Gardens.
