In the complaint, Shiv Sena secretary Kiran Pawaskar argued that Raut has continued his hateful comments against the Prime Minister from time to time and that too only to take political advantage for himself and his party.

Pawaskar also said that he is sad to note that despite Raut's remarks against the PM, no action has been taken against him by the ECI for a long time.

"Continued hate speeches against the PM and BJP in several rallies in Maharashtra are promoting hatred and confusion among voters and directly interfering in the conduct of free and fair elections," Raut said at a rally in Buldhana. On 8 May he made several false, vindictive and dishonest allegations against the Prime Minister and made several hateful comments.

According to Pawaskar, at a rally in Ahmednagar, Raut linked PM Modi to 'brutal dictator' Aurangzeb, saying that when Aurangzeb tried to conquer Maharashtra, the people of the state buried him and also suggested that the people of Maharashtra should also do the same.To PM Modi.

Pawaskar also claimed that Raut tried to create enmity between two peaceful neighboring states - Gujarat and Maharashtra.

"At the same rally, linking PM Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah to Aurangzeb, Raut said the brutal dictator came to rule Maharashtra from Gujarat and his body is buried in the state," he said.

Pawaskar claimed, “The above statement refers to a dictator who ruthlessly suppressed the rights of the majority and deliberately compared him with the PM, thereby not only creating confusion among the voters but also creating an unfavorable situation, leading to There could have been violence.'' in the complaint.

He also said that Raut had made hateful remarks against Navneet Rana, the BJ candidate from Amravati, in April this year.

Raut made allegations against Rana's profession and called him a "dancer", he said.
