Gurugram, Gurugram Police has busted a sex racket running in a guest house here. Officials gave this information on Friday.

He said that four people including the operator and manager of the guest house were arrested on Thursday.

According to the police, they had received information about a sex racket running in Muskaan Hotel and Guest House, where they used to charge Rs 500 to Rs 700 from each customer.

To bust the racket, the police formed a team and a fake customer was sent to the guest house. Police said they spoke to manager Ajay Kumar and negotiated the deal.

He said the fake customer then entered a room with a girl and called police who were waiting outside.

Police raided the hotel and arrested the four accused, guest house operator Sonu and manager Kumar along with their associates Digvijay and Santosh.

A senior police officer said seven women hailing from Assam, Delhi, Nepal and West Bengal were rescued during the raid.

Police said that an FIR has been registered against the four accused under sections of the Immora Traffic (Prevention) Act.

"All four accused were released on bail after joining the investigation. Further investigation is underway," a senior police officer said.
