Hariom Attari, member secretary of Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority (RALSA), said that this year's second National Lok Adalat will be held on July 13 in Jodhpur and Jaipur benches of Rajasthan High Court, all subordinate courts, revenue courts of the state. Attari said that the general public will be present in the National Lok Adalat to settle their cases through persuasion and compromise. He said that a total of 512 benches of subordinate courts have been constituted to hear the cases. These benches will hear cases in online and offline mode.
According to an official statement, he said that till July 9, 5,72,905 pre-litigation cases and 4,70376 pending cases have been sent for hearing in these benches.
