“The petitioners are filing the present petition with the sole objective of providing justice to the aggrieved students who had put in all their time, hard-earned money and energy along with hard work and dedication in preparation with the support of their respective family members . for NEET exam 2024 and they have been denied equal opportunity,” it said.

The petition states that some students have scored 718 and 719 marks which is not statistically possible and the entire conduct of the examination is without any justification and is arbitrary and done with the ill intention of giving admission to students through the back door. Has gone.

Further, it said that 67 students scored 720 out of 720, of which eight students were from the same exam centre, raising serious doubts about the exam conducted by the NTA.
