Speaking to IANS, Saiyami said, "Every day when you wake up, I feel the hardest thing is to put on your shoes and tie your shoelaces. So, when you forget to workout you are always lazy but Once you put on the shoes and head out, the first kilometers are tough and then everything gets much better.

Referring to her love for badminton, the actress said: “Going and playing badminton gives me a lot of pleasure, so I don't consider working out as punishment because I really love doing it. If I want a break from what I am doing I will go and play badminton.

Saiyami said that every form of workout is ideal for her. He also mentioned the importance of taking action rather than just discussing workouts.

On the work front, the 'Ghoomar' actress is currently preparing for the 'Ironama Race' in Berlin.

She said: "Currently, I'm on a different kind of training plan because I'm doing the Ironman race in Berlin in September. It (the workout) is very hectic and involves cycling, swimming, running and strength training. So My current workout is geared toward my Ironman training.
