Astana [Kazakhstan] External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar met his Uzbekistan counterpart Bakhtiyor Saidov on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit in Astana on Wednesday.

Following his meeting with Saidov, Jaishankar said they appreciated the steady progress in bilateral relations and discussed taking them to a higher level.
